Delete your Neon Dodger account
You can delete your account from inside the game, in Settings. No email needed.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone.
Everything you bought is deleted with it, and purchases are not refunded.
Refunds are only available through Google Play, within about 48 hours of a purchase, so deleting will not get your money back.
No longer have the app installed? Email us and we will delete it for you.
Delete it yourself, in the game
Open Neon Dodger.
From the main menu, tap SETTINGS.
Scroll to Delete account and tap DELETE.
Read the warning, then tap DELETE FOR EVER? to confirm.
Your account and its data are removed straight away. The next time you play, the game starts you as a brand new player.
Ask us to delete it instead
If you have already uninstalled the game, or you cannot reach the button for any reason, email support@peridexstudios.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject Delete my account. If you never linked a Google account, tell us the player name you used on the leaderboard so we can find you.
We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request.
What gets deleted
All of it, in one go:
Your account itself (including any linked Google sign-in) - Deleted
Your player name and public profile - Deleted
Your leaderboard scores - Deleted, and removed from the leaderboards
Your cloud save, stats and achievements - Deleted
Your Fragments and Lumina balances, and your purchase history - Deleted
Skins, trails and name plates you earned or bought - Deleted
Your mail, daily challenge progress and play records - Deleted
What we keep, and why
Two things survive a deletion, and neither one identifies you afterwards:
Reports you filed about another player's name. We keep the report so moderation still works, but the account it came from no longer exists, so it can no longer be traced back to you. Reports that other players filed about your name are deleted along with your name.
Records we are required to keep for tax and accounting. Where the law obliges us to retain a record of a purchase, we keep only that record, for only as long as we must.
Data held on your own phone is removed at the same time. Note that Google Play may still hold a copy of your purchase history under Google's own privacy policy, which we do not control.
A note on purchases
Deleting your account deletes everything you bought, including Remove Ads and any currency balance, and we do not refund them. Deleting your account is not a way to get your money back: our refund policy only offers refunds through Google Play, within about 48 hours of a purchase, and deleting does not reopen that window or create a new claim.
If you think you are entitled to a refund, ask Google for it before you delete the account. Request it from Google Play directly, within about 48 hours of the purchase. If you delete the account and later come back, you will need to buy again.
